Documents Required for Turkey E Visa application
1. Scanned copy of bona fide Passport which is valid for another 6 months
2. Passport size photograph which should have a white background
3. Valid Visa: UK,USA, Ireland & Schengen Country

TURKEY Tourist /Business Visa
Documents Required for Turkey Tourist /Business Visa application
The applicant must fill visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters. Also affix 1 photograph with it. Sign the application
Original passport with copies of old passport showing the travel history should be attached as well. Copies of front and back page of passport should also be attached
The passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of return in India with at least 2 blank pages
Applicant must fill the form himself\herself and sign it as well
Photo specifications:
- 1. Recent passport size photographs
- 2. With matt finish or semi-matt finish
- 3. 80% face coverage
- 4. Dimensions should be 2.5x2.5
- 5. The photograph must not be used prior for an purpose
Original covering letter stating applicant’s name, designation, passport details, all travel details alos signify purpose and duration of the visit. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp. It should be addressed to ‘consulate General of Republic of Turkey.
Bank statement mentioning last 6 months with bank seal and sign on the last page also the minimum balance should be 1 lakh rupees per applicant
Salary slip of last three months along with company’s seal
In case of self-employment notarized business registration
Hotel confirmation as per the tour Itinerary
Confirmed air tickets
Travel insurance which should be valid at least for the duration of the trip

IF STUDENT OR UNEMPLOYED:
PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS MUST PROVIDE THEIR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENTS FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS.
PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN - S INCOME TAX RETURNS FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS ALONG WITH
PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN - S CONFIRMATION LETTER OF FINANCIALSUPPORT
PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN - S PASSPORTS COPY.
IF MINOR TRAVELLING ALONE:
A MINOR ACCOMPANIED BY ONE OF THE PARENTS SHALL PROVIDE AN ORIGINAL NOTARIZED NOC BY THE OTHER PARENT, PLUS COPIES OF PARENTS PASSPORT OR ID
A MINOR TRAVELLING ALONE SHALL PROVIDE AN ORIGINAL NOTARIZED NOC BY BOTH PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS PLUS COPIES OF PARENTS PASSPORTS OR PAN CARDS OR DRIVING LICENCES ID.
IF MARRIED:
MARRIAGE CERT- IFICATE - IF THE APPLICANT IS MARRIED AND CANNOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF MARITAL STATUS IN THE PASSPORT OR MARRIAGE AFFIDIFATE ON 100rs STAMP PAPER.
CERT IFICATE PROVING THE EXISTENCE OF FAMILY RELATIONSHIP, - IF THE APPLICANT IS VISITING RELATIVES.
