Payment Terms:

  • 01 Term: 50% is the booking amount per person, for Tickets & Visa Issuance.
  • 02 Term: Before proceeding with the Hotel Booking process, 30% Payment are required to clear of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
  • 03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
  • We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash

Cancellation Policy:

  • Booking payments are non-refundable.
  • All packages are non-refundable; no refund requests will be accepted upon cancellation.
  • If denied immigration clearance or due to COVID guidelines, no refunds are available.

Itinerary

Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:

DAY 1: Arrival in Baku

Upon arrive in Baku, our local tour representative will meet and assist you, and transfer to you hotel and check into your hotel, Relax and Leisure day at hotel & overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2: Baku Exploration

Morning: after breakfast start Baku city tour, Visit the Baku Eye and the scenic views of the Caspian Sea. Explore the Old City (Icherisheher). Visit the Maiden Tower and Palace of the Shirvanshahs the Heydar Aliyev Center for its unique architecture and exhibits.

Afternoon: Explore the Flame Towers and visit the Baku Museum of Modern Art. Take a stroll down Nizami Street for shopping and lunch.

Evening: Visit Fountain Square and enjoy a leisurely dinner in one of the nearby restaurants & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Day Trip to Gobustan

Morning: after breakfast, drive to go for Gobustan National Park (approximately an hour’s drive from Baku). Explore the Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape and the fascinating mud volcanoes.

Afternoon: After visiting Gobustan, return to Baku. You might stop by the Ateshgah Fire Temple and Yanar Dag (Burning Mountain) if time allows.

Evening: Return to Baku for dinner and perhaps a relaxed evening at the Baku Boulevard.

Day 4: Day Trip to Shahdag

Morning: after breakfast, drive to Shahdag (about 2-3 hours from Baku), which is renowned for its beautiful landscapes and winter sports.

Afternoon: Explore the Shahdag Mountain Resort. You can enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing (in winter), hiking, or simply soaking in the picturesque surroundings.

Evening: Return to Baku & Transfer to Hotel Overnight Stay Hotel.

Day 5: Departure Baku International Airport

Morning: After Breakfast, start packs up your Bags, depending on your flight time, Check out from your hotel and head to the airport for your departure.
